Civitas appoints Mike Browne and Jaime Johns

Civitas Services Australia Pty Ltd is delighted to announce two new appointments to their leadership team as the industry’s appetite for self-licensing continues to grow. These appointments aim to enhance Civitas’ coverage across QLD/NSW as well as nationally, while continuing to deepen the service offering for their existing national network of high calibre advice professionals.

Civitas have formed a strategic partnership with Jaime Johns through her consulting firm, Avanzare Group. Jaime’s experience in running AFLS’s has positioned her to provide essential Risk Governance and Compliance support to Financial Planning businesses seeking to obtain their own license.

In addition to Jaime’s consultancy, Civitas has welcomed Mike Browne as the new Regional Representative for QLD and northern NSW. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Mike has a proven track record of successfully building highly profitable advisory businesses. His role will primarily focus on guiding practices as they transition to a self-licensed model, ensuring a seamless and successful process.
